The Erik Lurch Foundation was established in honor of Bill and Erik Lerch in 2006. Erik bravely fought cancer for 2 ˝ years. The community of Mount Airy rallied around the family when Erik was diagnosed. The foundation’s purpose is to help families in the Mount Airy, Maryland area who have children with life threatening illnesses or medical emergencies.
