The purpose of this Fund shall be to support the activities of the Community Services Council of Carroll County, Inc. which include, but are not limited to, identifying and advocating to meet the gaps in community services needs, to strengthen community service provider ties with the community, government, and the media, to educate members and other agencies, as well as the community regarding community services and recognize employees of human service organizations within the county for their outstanding service to the community through the annual Sylvia V. Canon Humanitarian Award.
