In 2002 the Hampstead Lions Club established the Hampstead Lions Club Community Park Fund, a special purpose fund of the Community Foundation of Carroll County, Inc. The Community Foundation is a Maryland Not For Profit organizations and a public charity under the IRS 501(c)(3), serving Carroll County. This relationship with the Community Foundation enables the Hampstead Lions Club to offer income, capital gains, estate and inheritance tax benefits to any business or individual inclined to make a current or planned gift in support of the Hampstead Lions Club Community Park Fund.
