The Heartlands Catholic Chapel Foundation, Inc. authorizes the establishment of a fund that is anticipated to increase in size over time and will enable the Foundation both to continue and to expand such programs as are or will be authorized under the Foundation’s Charter and By-Laws in accordance with its mission.
