The purpose of this Fund shall be to support efforts to establish and administer a Carroll County Commission for Women. The objectives of the Commission are to establish a clearinghouse of information on services and programs for women; identify problems, investigate and research the issue and seek possible solutions; promote participation by women on Boards and Commissions; recognize women for their accomplishments; and promote programs for young women.
