Murray, I. Virginia & E. Carroll Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 1985 under the last Will and Testament of Everett Carroll Murray to provide a scholarship for a graduating senior at North Carroll High School in Carroll County, Maryland, to an accredited college or university.
The annual award of $2,500.00 is to be used in payment of tuition and textbooks. The scholarship is not based on need. The scholarship winner will be nominated by the North Carroll High School Scholarship Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Carroll County, Inc.
Applications for the scholarship are available at the North Carroll High School guidance office.
