The Francesca Borrelli Johnson Environmental Fund Scholarship was established in 2005 in her honor by her family and friends. The purpose of this Fund is to perpetuate the character, ideals and goals of Francesca Borrelli Johnson by providing scholarships to a Carroll County resident pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at a college or university in Environmental Sciences or Management/Administration of the Environment.
