Carroll County Democratic Club Scholarship
|

PURPOSE: The purpose of the Carroll County Democratic Club Scholarship is to
provide a scholarship for a Carroll County registered Democrat who is a rising Junior at a
College or University majoring in political science, history or a related discipline.
The Carroll County Democratic Club Scholarship will be awarded to a
student who meets the criteria established for the fund from time to time.
