Donald E. Graf Memorial Scholarship
|

The purpose of this Fund is to honor the life of Donald E. Graf by providing one or more scholarship(s) for a graduating high school senior who has participated in the Carroll County, Maryland 4-H Program, who has exhibited livestock at the Carroll County 4-H Fair and who has shown academic achievement and who has been accepted at an accredited College, University or Technical School. Applications will also be accepted from continuing students for their second year of college, who meet the criteria established for this scholarship.
